Bus hire price list 2026
A single transfer of up to 50 km costs 450 ₪ in an 8-seat van, 750 ₪ in a 19-seat minibus and 1,100 ₪ in a 55-seat coach — driver and fuel included, before VAT. The full price list is below: what each tier covers, what extra kilometres and hours cost, and what night and Shabbat trips add.
These are the same numbers the price calculator on this site runs on — not a separate marketing price list that gets refreshed once a year.

Frequently asked questions
Do these prices include VAT?
No. Every price here is before 18% VAT, as business quotes are normally written. The calculator on this site shows both lines separately — the amount before VAT, the VAT itself, and the final amount payable. Trips to and from Eilat are VAT-exempt, and the calculator recognises that on its own.
Why was my calculator price higher than the base rate?
The base rate covers one transfer of up to 50 km. Beyond that, distance is charged per kilometre, and if the vehicle stays with you, by the hour as well. Night and Shabbat trips add a percentage. The calculator itemises every component on its own line, so you always see what the price is made of rather than just the total.
What is the difference between a transfer and a dedicated booking?
On a transfer, the driver drops you at the destination and moves on. On a dedicated booking, the vehicle and driver stay with you for the whole window you booked, including waiting between stops. Dedicated costs more because it ties up a vehicle and a driver, but for an event with several stops it is almost always cheaper than three separate transfers.
Is there a special rate for a short event?
Yes. A dedicated booking of up to 5 hours is charged at 65% of the full day rate. An evening wedding or a half-day tour should not pay like a full working day, and the calculator applies this tier automatically.
Can the price change after I confirm it?
No, as long as the trip runs as booked. A price the calculator marks as firm is what you pay. If the route, the hours or the waiting time change on the day, the difference is priced against the same tiers shown on this page rather than against a new quote.
How often is this price list updated?
This page loads from the same rate card the calculator uses, so there is no gap between what it says and the price you get. Every price change is saved as its own dated version, so a price quoted months ago can always be explained.
